What will it cost me?

My rates rise and fall with the seasons’ popularity. Prices quoted below are for the whole appartment, not per person.

• Jan and Feb £180 pw (per week).

• Dec and Mar £180 pw.

• Nov and Apr £270 pw.

• Oct and May £270 pw.

• Sep and Jun £330 pw.

• Aug and Jul £330 pw.

My very low prices, reflect the fact that I prefer to let to those who DO need the unique facilities, that I offer.

But all are more than welcome – disabled or not.

Payment Terms

Your holiday will be booked on payment of £100 . I will then book and confirm the weeks you require. The remaining total plus £50 damage cover to be paid 1 month prior to your holiday. If no damage is reported by my agents in Spain, the damage cover will be refunded on return of my keys.

I do Have To Know how many people will be staying, for caretaking/insurance purposes. Remember, No More Than 4a+2c=6 People.
